Robin’s Flower Pot became a reality in 1998, with our first greenhouse being attached to our home. Little did we know that our hobby would transform into a 27 year fulltime business and a destination for gardeners from all over Maine. We want to thank the amazing community we have been a part, and to our incredible customers through the years. We are grateful to have gotten to know many of you.
After the 2025 season we will begin scaling back the businesss to make the transition to retirement. For 2026 we will grow vegetable and herb seedlings for the public, and plan to have them for sale from mid-May through Father's Day.
Our focus will continue to be on high-quality production in a clean healthy environment, incorporating organic soils and natural plant foods. Beneficial insects are the nucleus of our pest control strategy.
Set on over 10 wooded acres, Robin's Flower Pot feels like a hidden garden paradise. Shady paths and a bubbling brook wind through extensive planted and native gardens. It is an inspiring place to see mature plants in a natural setting. Robin and Jim are delighted to answer any questions you may have on the care and life cycle of plants and trees on the property.
